Heiser Cyclocross

We got alot of great feed back from the Cross Race on Sat. The water crossing and Pumpkin Cannon was over the top. I wish I had some video of that Cannon. Thanks for all the hard work and Thanks Chad and Jeff

"Hey crossers. This course was very nice. That does not mean easy, but much fun, very good challenge and way beautiful. If they put it on again next year, put the race on your schedule. The most technical aspect was the water crossing and it was ride-able. All the riders I talked to had fun doing his/her race. The Pumpkin Cannon was great entertainment as well. Wow. That thing was shooting those squash out there well over 100 yards. What a hoot. Thanks so much for putting the race on Presto Velo and all. You were well organized in every respect. First cross race I have done where the cones knocked over on one lap were put back up every time before I made it around again. Forest Cone Gnomes? Thanks again. I will be back. ron"

"Heiser Farm cross was great fun. A good course-- I really liked themix of fast sections and tricky muddy, boggy sections, and the dipsand climbs. Good job, guys!
Although... how high were those barriers out in the back section? They felt waist high towards the end of the race! :)
I'll be back next year! Ron J."

"Wow, For those of you who passed up on Heiser Farms Cross you missed out on an incredible day. The weather was amazing, the venue was beautiful, the water crossing was epic, the racing was top notch, and everyone couldn't stop saying great things about the course and the pumpkin cannon. We want to thank everyone for coming out and its guaranteed to be bigger and better next year.
I also have to shout out to the women, by FAR they had the largest field and not to mention the biggest smiles. It was so great to see so many people having a blast. Ladies, you made the day!
Battle Creek Cross is coming up on Nov. 8th. Expect another great event but I am sorry to say we won't be able to bring out the cannon or the super sized draft goats!
